Private Sessions

Everybody learns at their own pace and for some that entails one-on-one engagement. I offer private yoga sessions that allow you to define your areas of focus and find clarity around your movement practice. Private Sessions are carefully curated to help you hone in on your specific physical and pranic needs. For some this looks like foundational postures and breathing skills, for others this is injury prevention or therapeutic work. There is space within these sessions to redefine your practice, regardless of level of experience. The hope is that these sessions launch you in a direction that helps you feel embodied. Other areas of focus include corrective exercise, strength & mobility training, somatic practices and pivotal pose work.

Client Testimonials

As a person with a perpetually growing list of injuries it was hard to find a place to practice where I didn’t feel constantly on edge that I was going to push my injuries even further. Erica, while understandably intimidated by my scroll of surgical history, quickly took me in and offered endless support, variations, and knowledge to help me not only recover, but also grow stronger and prevent further injury. While she obviously takes her practice, and that of all her students, very seriously she also brings humor and reliability to the practice in a way I’ve yet to find with another instructor. Three years later, and 281 miles apart, she is still there every time I have an annoying questions.

I had been recovering from years of chronic pain when I started working with Erica 1:1. I was impressed with not only her immense knowledge of the body but also her approach to getting me to relax and connect. Learning to move again after something traumatic can be very scary. Not only because of the pain but also because of the emotional release. Erica eased me into it while still challenging me to go further. I felt safe and free to be myself. She always gave me tips for how to keep practicing until our next meeting to keep me on track and adjusted her plans for each session based on my progress. The speed at which my flexibility and movement improved was amazing. She also helped me find joy and laughter while learning to love my body again. She is an amazing teacher and I recommend her to everyone!
